Roksana Ghasemzadeh, MD, received her medical degree from the renowned University of Pisa in Italy, one of the oldest medical schools in the world. She completed her residency in internal medicine at Prince Georges Hospital in Maryland and has been in practice for 15 years. In addition to being Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Ghasemzadeh has extensive Emergency Medicine experience. She is fluent in Farsi.

Khurram Rashid, MD, completed his Internship in General Surgery at Brookdale University Hospital in Brooklyn and his Residency at the New York Medical College. He is the founder and Medical Director of Medics USA. A well-known lecturer and instructor, Dr. Rashid is also a Civil Surgeon, certified by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service to conduct immigration physicals.

 

John Spargo, FNP, is a Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. After a BS in Biology from Albright College in Pennsylvania, John received his nursing degree from George Mason University and graduated as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Marymount University in Arlington. As an RN and then an FNP, he has amassed over a dozen years’ experience in hospitals and private practice in Northern Virginia and Texas.
